Orders are currently processed on our site through Paypal. You may enter any coupon codes you have at checkout and receive a discount. As you check out, you will notice that payment will be made to the company Less Gets More. This is our parent company that owns this site. Do not be concerned, this is correct.
SHIPPING
Shipping of your items will typically be through UPS or Fedex, and will take approximately 3-8 business days. We currently ship to the 48 Continental US States only.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- Elegant-indulgence wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not happy with an apparel item you’ve purchased from us, return it to us in brand new condition and in it’s original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a prompt and courteous refund or exchange. Items returned to us without their original packaging may be subject to a 20% service charge. Items returned to us in damaged or worn condition may be refused for refund and returned to you at our discretion. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returned intimate items (g-strings, thongs etc.) or personal novelty items. In the unlikely event you receive such an item which is defective, we’ll replace it with an identical item.
